This movie is about a shy young boy called Charlie that joined a high school. With no friends, and the recent suicide of one of his bests, he has to deal with depression bullies, the dream of becoming a writter, and ''love'' with girls. Will Charlie be able to get good friends into this new overwhelming experience?
Recommendation
The best thing of this movie is that represents, in a beautiful way, the feeling of people that has a shy personality and complications to socialize, specially when they are teenagers. In addition, the movie makes us feeling proud and happy about the evolution of the character, and how he gets more and more confident. However, this movie is absolutely aimed to an specific audience. The protagonists are teenagers so the dialogues, problems and experiences that they live are focused on representing this specific group of society. So our recommendation is that if you're going to watch this film, be aware that you'll find this kind of content.
