Auggie is a ten years-old child that dreams to go to space. He was educated in his house by his mom but now it's time to go to school. But there's a problem that worries his entire family: He was different, in a physical way. He was born with several problems on his face, so the varied operations and medical interventions made him look ''not-normal'' or like other childs.

With a long and beautiful story that goes into the personal life of all the members of the family, the movie makes you, as a spector, feel and understand the problems that each person passes through while leaving a teaching and a lesson.
